1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Atelier Voltna reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments through secure methods. Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Product Care & Responsibility
We take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece. Care instructions are provided with each product and on our website. Atelier Voltna is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, washing, or handling.
Please note: Items damaged due to improper care or washing are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Non-eligible returns:
- Items damaged by improper care or washing
- Sale or discounted items (final sale)
- Custom or made-to-order pieces

4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping times and fees are calculated at checkout. Atelier Voltna is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other external factors.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, images, and text on this website are the property of Atelier Voltna. Any reproduction or use without our written consent is strictly prohibited.
